I love sharing free patterns to inspire you in your bag-making pursuits! Here are two free patterns that I've created for you so far -- and I'll update this post as I create more :)
This pattern is a simple tote bag with an exterior pocket. A great beginner project, and it goes together quickly. I designed this pattern to complement my leather purse strap kit, but you can easily substitute your own fabric handles if leather's not your style. Here's a post about the pattern, and here's the link to download the pattern.
I'm in love with this faux-shibori patchwork tote with cleverly disguised exterior pockets. I used one of my favorite products, deColourant, to create the pattern on this fabric, but you can use whatever fabrics you choose. Here's a blog post about the pattern, here's one about the deColourant technique, and here's a link to download the pattern.
